Wonder-FUL

The school year is off to an awesome start this year at Sims. One of the many things that makes this year fantastic is our school wide read-aloud of the book Wonder during our SSR time. Thank you Mrs. Sommer-Gough and Ms. Sommer for reading to us each morning!

We are enjoying the book and talking about it every day. This blog is a place for you to post your insights and comments about the book. It is also a place for us to post content related to the book that you might enjoy.

    Thank you, Mrs. Taz, for allowing me to be a part of this reading. I think something special is happening at SMS because of Wonder. I've truly enjoyed hearing the students AND adults discuss the novel.

    I am so excited about using "Wonder" as our school wide read aloud. Our class is really enjoying learning all about Auggie! I felt very sad for Auggie because his feelings were hurt by the rude comments made by Jack and Julian.
