Thanks for posting LY and DD! Jack Will is kind to August. But, D is right, he made an unkind comment. I hope we will learn more about who Jack Will really is as we read on.
Jack Will was Auggie's friend on the first day. Then Auggie heard Jack say something, but they are friends again now. I think Jack is a good friend to Auggie now.
I think at 1st Jack was mean when he was talking about Auggie, but after a while he and Auggie were great friends. I like that Jack doesn't care what Julian says about Auggie.
Jack is just a regular boy. He makes mistakes like everyone else. I think it is good that he changed his life for Auggie, to be friends with him. I also think it's good that they are like best friends. I'm just so glad that Jack is there for Auggie.
Jack is Auggie's friend. I think he he a good friend and does not judge the way he looks. I think I would like to have jack as a friend. Jack is an outstanding guy.
The first thing I have to say is that I never would have even guessed that Mr. Tushman, the principal, asked Jack to be friends with Auggie. I think Jack learned a lesson. He learned that you should never judge a book by its cover. What matters is how you want to be treated the same. I think they will be friends forever now.
Jack is a pretty all right little fellow. He gave into pressure once, but mostly, he does the right thing and stands up for what he believes in. Go, Jack!
