Who is Summer? What does she mean to Auggie? What is it about Summer that is different from most of her classmates? Did something happen to her that could have helped her become the person she is today?
Summer is a really good friend. She was the only person that was not talking about Auggie when everyone else was. When Auggie was sad she try to cheer him up. She said the reason when she sat with him the first day of school was because she felt bad for him. But now he is a really good friend she said. That's why I picked Summer.
Summer is the coolest character of all! She was Auggie's friend from day 1 and never wavered! I was proud of her and liked her sooooo much! I certainly would love to have and to be a friend like that!

ReplyDeleteAs a teacher, I really appreciated Summer because she didn't ridicule Auggie. She was a dear friend to him and saw him for who he was on the inside.
