The part we read today (Wednesday, 9/19) from Miranda’s POV made me want to cry. I think it was incredibly sweet that Miranda gave up her moment in the spotlight for her friend Via, even though they haven’t been close since school started. I hope Miranda going to dinner with Via’s family is an indication of good things to come :)
Miranda is sad. She feels most comfortable with Via's family, but she wants to be int he ultra-popular group. Perhaps she will find a happy medium. For her sake, I hope so. Her life sounded sad and, after reading from her point of view, I had so much more sympathy for her.
